VENTURA SHORTLISTED FOR BESPOKE JEWELLER OF THE YEAR AT THE UK JEWELLERY AWARDS
We are barely three months into the year and Ventura is already putting Henley-on-Thames on the map as a hub of jewellery excellence. In February, its one-of-a-kind jewels made their debut on the BAFTAs red carpet.
Weeks later, it was shortlisted for Bespoke Jeweller of the Year at the UK Jewellery Awards. As Oxfordshire’s only private jeweller, Ventura is elevating the concept of bespoke jewellery from its intimate lounge and studio at historic Badgemore House. Founded by former De Beers Executive Vice President Neil Ventura and his wife Kanta, who oversees design, in just over a year the brand has created an impressive breadth of bespoke jewels—from classic diamond studs to much more elaborate pieces—each an exquisite reflection of its wearer, showcasing increasingly rare coloured gemstones and timeless diamonds.
“Jewellery excellence isn’t limited to London,” says Neil Ventura. “It’s an honour to be shortlisted so early in our journey—recognition of our dedication to craftsmanship, individuality and making Henley a destination for exceptional jewellery.” On 13 March, Neil and Kanta Ventura joined industry leaders in London to celebrate being shortlisted. Now in its 33rd year, the UK Jewellery Awards—the Oscars of jewellery—is the largest, longest-running and most prestigious awards event in the UK jewellery industry.
